We use a range of delivery companies and reliable carrier services to deliver everywhere in the UK. All our downloable, electronically delivered codes are delivered within 1-6 hours and 24 hours.

DPD / local - Next day & 48 hour delivery

All DPD and DPD local orders are fully trackable. Unique tracking numder sent via e-mail upon dispatch. Expect a speedy and profressional service.

Royal Mail

Royal Mail 1st Class / 2nd Class & Signed for

Large letters and small parcels sent via Royal Mail 1st Class, 2nd Class and Signed for delivery. Signed for parcels are full trackable and tracking code is supplied upon dispatch of items.

ESD (Electronically Software Delivery)

Delivery

Orders are generally dispatched the same working day and within 2 days after receipt of payment. Shipping is arranged according to individual or bulk order size, via our chosen courier service with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by Royal Mail and for larger items we use DPD or UPS. Special items that require a signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. For all tracled and signed for shipments we provide you with a link and unique tracking code to track your package online.

Electronic Software Delivery (ESD)

We aim to deliver all 'ESD' or downloadable orders within 24 hours - depending on sucessfull and authorised payment. All 'ESD' orders come accompanied with detailed instructions on how to download and register that particular software program.

Due to the nature of 'ESD' items, we will not accept any returns on these items and in special circumstances we will ascertain as to whether the license code has been used and registered to an e-mail address.
